How long does shipping take?

4-7 days on orders within the US. 9-16 days on orders outside the US.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, Discover, AMEX) and PayPal.

Can I order safely online?

When purchasing online using your credit card, all of your information is entered into a SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL-encrypted and sent directly to our credit card provider's network, where your card and transaction is authorized and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

Can I change shipping address after I've placed an order?

Unfortunately your shipping address cannot be changed after an order has been placed. The order is automatically forwarded to our warehouse which ships the order forward. If you have accidentally entered and incorrect address, please contact support@ergofixer.com. 

I'm not satisfied with the product, what to do?

We are sorry to hear that, however we would like to make it all better for you. Please contact us at support@ergofixer.com and we will sort it out. Customer satisfaction is our top priority.

Where is my package?

After the payment you should have received an email confirmation with a tracking ID, which should tell you where your package is currently located. If you have not received such, please contat us at support@ergofixer.com and we will make the best to find your shipment. If a package gets lost in the mail, we are glad to provide you the same item on us.

I have missing items in my order, what to do?
